Artist Miguel Mitlag, director of record label Carrot Tapes, invited me to record a cassette for their #31 cassette edition. So I invited F.O.C.A (Foundation Oceánica de Contemplación Amorosa) & BaRiya collective from India (Riya Raagini and Pratyush Pushkar) to collaborate in the creation of the tape and develop a track meant to be heard in the deep Ocean by sardines and dolphins that had consumed maybe just to much Angel Dust. The result is a 10 minutes track named “Deep Sea Techo (Jalyan)”. A hard boiled BPM massive Whale bass mixed with oceanic field recordings, metaphysical underwater sound currents and multi layer subatomic dolphin  voices that blend in a single mystic brain disappearing “where was I?” experience. On side B,  you can hear “Electric Mermaid Afterparty Meditation” this 1o minutes track (recorded by the Eduardo Navarro using Patricia Domingez as a positive-guinea-pig ) allows you to completely relax and forget your name after all the drugs that you have consumed at the underwater deep sea 90’s neon looking “sprinkled” macchiato heavy on the parmesan pointy hair gel dancing waves techno club. Each cassette comes with a pencil and their covers provides space for journaling and making drawings after the hallucinogenic experience has mellowed down. The three different cassette cardboard covers have been designed by Ana Domingez Estudio in conjunction to the F.O.C.A.web design.
